During the summer vacation, feeding the kids might seem like a tedious task. They could inquire what’s for lunch as though you’ve just finished cleaning up from breakfast. And let’s not forget the ongoing need for munchies!
Sandwiches may be replaced with these quesadillas, which can be prepared in about 10 minutes. Additionally, they are inexpensive to prepare, and if you wish, you can add other Ingredients like pepperoni, cooked chicken, ham, etc.
How To Make Cheese & Tomato Quesadillas
Add a substantial tortilla wrap to a frying pan first. No need for butter or oil.
The wrap should then be covered with passata or chopped canned tomatoes.
Add some dried oregano or your favorite herbs to the dish.

Cook for roughly two minutes on low heat on the stove. Cook for a further 1–2 minutes on the opposite side after flipping.

Description

Ingredients
- 2 substantial tortilla wraps
- 100g of passata or chopped tomatoes from a can
- Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon, dry
- Cheddar cheese, 75g, grated
Instructions
- A frying pan should contain one of the tortilla wraps.
- The passata or diced tomatoes should be spread on.
- Add some oregano and cheddar cheese shavings over top.
- Top with the second tortilla wrap.
- The wrap should brown after 2 minutes of cooking over low heat.
- Cook for a further 1–2 minutes on the opposite side after flipping.
- Cut the quesadilla into eight triangles after transferring it to a cutting board.
- With freshly cut fruit and veggies, serve right away.
Notes
However, it may also be served cold. Eating this meal right away is recommended.
